Ive been due for an upgrade for 2 months and everytime i go to a store to get upgrade, im told I have a 3 year contract then next person says I have a 4 year contract. No one can help me, Vodacom you are useless and I dont want a bad credit record, its been a month now and you keep saying you will call me back. Im due for an upgrade but if you dont want my business, then just accept that my contract is over and release me from your network.
