Shipped faulty goods

Good Day<br> Yesterday I received my Samsung Galaxy S7 wih D-Link Bluetooth speaker via courier. I setup my phone and all<br> was well until I tried the Bluetooth speaker. I read the little manual and to my surprise It not turn it on. I tried charging it via my PC but the light just stays orange. I phoned Vodacom this morning to say the D-Link Bluetooth speaker that was bundled with my phone is not working. The lady tells me to take it to the nearest Vodacom store to have it repaired. Now I am very sorry for getting upset about this but how on earth do you give me a new contract, send me broken goods and expect me to return and sort it out. Vodacom sent me the faulty product. Vodacom either come to me and replace it or just come and collect everything and cancel this contract. I dont see why after you get me on contract I have to now deal with the broken goods.
