Shifting responsibility

Got a message last night at 6 informing me my line will be cut today because of a data line that expired OCTOBER 2014! So please explain to me why it's my responsibility to call after Vodacom to cancel a line that expired last year already?? Please explain to me why my line is being cut when you can CLEARLY see that I have already replaced the R199.00 data line with a R169.00 data line YOU offered to me? And why is it MY responsibility as YOUR client of many years to call around after YOU to sort this out?

I'm well aware I'll get some generic message informing me that I had signed a piece of paper 2 years ago that informs me on page 3 line 17 subsection 14 that I needed to this. But do you honestly think any normal client would remember that??

This is ridiculous, you can see the contract expirede. You can see I replaced it. You can see on my payment history I wasn't aware that there would be double billings. Yet I your CLIENT is told to sort it out, the CLIENT is being cut from the network. I\M being inconvenienced when you can CLEARLY see the line expired and was replaced.

I don't feel it's fait that I should be billed for this."
