Sharing of personal info and cell number

Hi Vodacom,

Due to very nasty events with a restraining order I got a second number for family only. I had ro RICA and do the necessary. The number is not anywhere but with me and family.

To my surprise I got a call on the number and an SMS from the person that should not have had my number. Surely no one should have the number? My primary number is monitored and screened on my behalf. The person sending did not even hide their number. This has caused a great deal of stress and anxiety. SAPS dont seem to be able to assist.

How can this happen and please can it be investigated?

I feel there is no alternative but to break the law an get an un-RICA'ed sim card just so i can be anonymous? Surely this cannot be the only way?
