Shameful Service from Cancellations

I called your cancellations department on the 3rd of April, asking for my MyGig 2 Promo@R99 24M TopUp contract to be terminated. Today, my account was debited and 2Gigs was loaded on my number. I fail to understand why this is is when I explicitly asked or this contract to be terminated as of the 1st of May 2017.

I called cancellations again today asking why my contract asn't terminated and I was told that there is no record of my request. This is unacceptable! Are your calls not recorded?

I have requested that my contract be terminated effective immediately and that my account be credited accordingly but I was told that you would look into it. When asked when I would receive feedback, I was told that you don't give any and that I should call to follow up on the matter. How can I rest assured that this will get resolved when it doesn't seem like a priority for you? The call reference is 1- ********** 126628

Please resolve.

Hi Vodacom,
Thought you should know that no one ever called me to discuss. Stop making promises you don't keep and at least try give your customers the benefit of the doubt instead of refusing to hear their case.
