Shameel Joosub, you can do it!
So, basicaly.... you are *****? False pretense?
I apply for cellphone insurance with Vodacom online, I get a call from a consultant who sells the product. At no point was it vocalized that the caller was NOT from Vodacom, but instead from Cellsure.
Now that there is an issue, you want me to contact Cellsure to take up the issue of a rejected claim? I made business with you. Nobody said my business is with Cellsure. Dont tell me to call Cellsure to resolve the issue. They do not know the history between myself and Vodacom and I highly doubt they would care.
Telling me to call them, is not only a waste of airtime that I will end paying to you but my time aswell.
How about, you call Cellsure.... Tell them about our longstanding custom and loyalty, do what has to be done and contact me with a positive resolution. Everything you said had a negative word or tone in it. No hope of positivity.
Who works in your training department? Did they forget about softs****s? Positive 1st response? Going the extra mile? Doing what we can as a company to assist and eliviate stress that our customer is under? But they certainly trained you well on how to patronize and repeat yourself excessively.
Or.... Is this just your mundane job and you couldnt care really, but you sit there read these posts, make the calls, no interest really or passion for what you do, get paid (which is the point of having a job) and then going home and coming back to work like "Do I really have to" and then you pretend to care. Your tone alone, made it clear that you didnt care.
"call cellsure" "call cellsure" "call cellsure" thats all that was heard.
NO, our business is with Vodacom.
Once you have made contact with Cellsure, preferably someone who can actually handle the case, THEN call back with a positive solution.
So, we expect to hear from someone other than Dean of course. Dealing with agents is not going to get us anywhere. We need someone like Shameel Joosub dealing with this.
