Shame on you Vodacom

Shame on you Vodacom. My elderly father is a state pensioner and Vodacom called him to renew his contract. He always renews his contract at a Vodacom outlet. He remembers the calls but does not know that he renewed his contract. On accompanying him to the Vodacom store they advised that his contract was renewed and it is too late for any changes. After many phonecalls and Cade from cancellations promising to come back to me every time, no return calls and no answers. Tired of trying and begging for help.
