Shame on you Vodacom!

I have a R150 limit on my phone in order to prevent me from phoning too much.

On Saturday evening I received a message informing me that I have reached the 50 % limit. I immediately refrained from making any phone calls. Half an hour later I was informed that I now reached 70% of my limit - despite no calls being made since.

On Monday I had to call the doctor - a landline call which lasted under 2 minutes. The only call I made since the Vodacom message on Saturday. Last night I was informed that I have exceeded my limit and my phone has been soft locked. Do you want to tell me a 2 minute call costed R75? And now I cannot use the rest of my so called 'free' smses or any of the data that I still have left on my phone. Shame on you Vodacom!
