Shame on you - how low can you go!

To whom it may concern.

My Vodacom contract expired during the first week of Feb 2022 and after a major struggle with Vodacom, it was at long last converted to a pre-paid number to use when visiting South Africa (we live in Europe).

However, this is now the second month running whereby I'm billed a "contract cover plus" fee, even though I don't even hold any type of contract with you whatsoever!

I phoned customer support when it occurred the first and the agent credited the prepaid balance with the said amount, whilst promising that this will be corrected for future billing purposes (I still don't get how you bill a non billable item?)

Needless to say, I've AGAIN received a bill for R9.99 worth of contract cover, despite it being totally irrelevant.

Please get your house in order, stop taking money that are not due to you and on the principle of the matter, refund the R9.99 to me!

I am also going block any of your debit order on my SA banking so let's already ensure that you resolve your mess, given that I won't be surprised if next time I get a lawyer letter about R9.99 being outstanding for contract insurance fees, for a contract which does not exist given that anything seems to be possible with you.

You're truly remarkable in the worst possible sense and if these are the hassles that legacy Red contract holders receive, I shudder to think about the poor level of service that a large portion of your clients have to experience.

Looking forward to getting this resolved for once and for all.
