Shame on you

Vodacom, you should be absolutely shamed of yourselves! I had a contract with you. I followed procedures on my side WHY CANT YOU DO THE SAME! I gave notification to cancel my contract in November 2016. The contract came to an end 31 December 2016 to which I was switched over to prepaid as was agreed upon. My final debit order went off in January 2017 to cover the December 2016 subscription fees and you ended the debit order agreement between us. Then from March you start sending me smses saying I need to contact you. Everytime I phone customer care they tell me there is nothing wrong with my account the sms must have been sent in error. Then you send my mother an sms today telling them you have handed me over to your lawyers. I phone your customer care line and one person just transfers me to the next person who transfers me to the next person and ABSOLUTELY NO ONE CAN HELP ME. Then i find out that you have continued to debit me for a smart S subscription even though I followed procedures and cancelled my contract. But I guess thats what you people do. You are just big bullies that prey on the little guys because what can we possibly do to you. Please I beg of you please inform me HOW I have to pay for a smart S subscription....that cannot be credited to a prepaid account! Please show me proof that you have continued to give me data and talk time to my phone account because since the end of December I have had to buy airtime. How is it even legal to charge someone for a product that YOU NEVER EVEN GAVE ME. I will pay your dam money the minute you people give me this so called service I am expected to pay for

Vodacom contacted me and appologised for the inconvenience caused and credited my account with the outstanding balance. I do still get an automated phone call every now and then stating that my account is in arrears and my service will be cut soon but when I check online it shows that there is no amount outstanding. Happy it is sorted out
