SHAME on VODACOM FIBRE :Take Responsibility for the Providers that sell your FIBRE
We have Vodacom Fibre via MTN(Supersonic), biggest mistake ever, Supersonic literally has no customers (no response to queries, no call back, never attends to fibre problems)
Vodacom is just as guilty, they allow Supersonic to sell their product with out monitoring performance.
We tried calling Vodacom directly after ZERO assistance from MTN Supersonic, they ask for your ID number then say they cant pickup your Vodacom account number, we must contact Supersonic for this information.
Another avoidance of service tactic , it seems even Vodacom wants to sideline the customers that use their service.
Shame on you Vodacom, take responsibility for your product and the *********** ISP providers you allow to sell your product. My Fibre speed has been reduced from 100mbs to below 20MBS for past 4 days, and *********** MTN SUPERSONIC fails to resolve issue, we had FIBRE disconnected for several days a few weeks ago, neither VODACOM or MTN SUPERSONIC could assist in resolving issue.
At least other Fibre operators are entering the area we live, will look at changing providers.
Just costing me valuable time and airtime. they are experts at deflection. I must now do their job in resolving issues.
Note to anyone wanting Vodacom Fibre save yourself headache DO NO USE MTN SUPERSONIC
Still waiting for Vodacom to contact me

Vodacom seems to take no responsibility for the ISP providers through which they sell their Fibre, its all about making a quick buck and to hell with Customer service or brand loyalty,
It seems Vodacom is quite content in passing the buck rather than assisting its customers,
just like all giants that eventually fall, customer service is the first to go out the window.
