Shakeup sale data *******:(

Hi. How does this Instagram ShakeUp Summer Data work? Today I won 100 mb of Instagram data. However, every time I use Instagram my own data steadily depletes while the 100 mb Instagram data remains unmoved at 100mb. I monitored both tightly on myVodacom app every time I used Instagram and my own dat just gets depleted whilst the won 100mb Instagram data remains untouched:(. It is strange because when I win a Social Ticket data, that data goes of first when I am on FB or instagram and only when that data is depleted, then the normal Data runs on again. Is this a glitch in the system or am I supposed to first use my Any Time Data in one day before I can access the free Instagram data that expires within one day, which is unfair. Please advise on this as it feels like a total ******* or a ****!
