Shake promotion validity

First of all very impressed with the network coverage and the shake competition. I have been getting some nice DATA prizes conveniently when i am out of data. But my one complaint is the validity of the big prizes like the audi a3 entries is only valid till the 29/02/2020 but the draw is on 3/03/2020 can someone please explain to me how that works?
