Shake Promo giving no prizes!!!

Hi, on the Shake Promo. I have 46 shakes left and every time I shake, it tells me that "YOU'VE WON..........." and then blank. So I don't understand what that means. Is it a case of earning those shakes by buying airtime and when you shake you get nothing? Those shakes expire on the 5th Nov 2020 so I need someone to explain to me urgently.

Also, on that Vodacom App that I updated yesterday, you get NO help from the CHAT section, No help from customer service option as they say the number you called is no longer in use. I can't believe this from the number that Vodacom listed on their app.
