SHAKE OFF COMPETITION SEEMS TO BE RIGGED

I am so disappointed. I have been playing Shake Off and have on more than one occasion won puzzle pieces that just never get loaded. This morning was the last straw. I won Two Mystery Box pieces which means I should have won the prize but to my dismay, only one appeared. I contacted customer care and she confirmed that I had won the two puzzle pieces and should therefore have won the prize and gave me the number for Planet Digit, ***, should the piece not appear after 24 hours. This is a rig. How many other chances to win did I miss because of this? This is not fair. Should the competitions commission be informed of this? How many other people have lost out on chances to win? I expect feedback on this or I will report this to the media too. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Well I called the number provided to me by your customer care line and it is for Planet Nails, a nail, as in fingernail, warehouse. Do your staff think they are funny? If that the way you deal with your customers? I call your Head Office and the lady doesn't even respond to me when I am talking to her explaining why I am upset and that your customer care is so unhelpful and then proceeds to place me on hold and just never coming back. I am fed up. Your service is terrible. If we provided service like this at my company we would all be fired. I will make sure everyone I know steers clear of Vodacom.

And what about your customer care agent giving me the number for Planet Nails? Is that a joke? Or do you as a rule give false information to your customers?
