Shake it like you mean it!
Hello Vodecom, Referring to the Vodacom "Shake every day" competition; If a customer wins one of the big prizes, I imagine you phone the customer.
My Question: If the customer does not answer do you leave a voice message/SMS or do you draw and phone another customer?

Also a summary: they will try phoning 3 times before trying the next participant.
If you are in hospital or out of reception area ... toughies to you.
