Shake everyday Shopping vouchers code- Unretrievable

Need assistance on the Shake everyday competition Recently received a gift for R600 of a R2000 shopping voucher at edgars , but didn't receive the sms with the voucher code, Was planning to use it this weekend, but unable to retrieve the voucher, A consultant from Vodacom pleasantly called me , but she could only send the sms's without the code. Please help???

A pitty Vodacom didnt get back to me after they were investigating , Never heard from anyone since december, query was also not resolved as they do not have tracking mechanisms on vouchers
