shake everyday

I am writing this review with half a heartache vodacom's shake everyday competition can make a person so miserable. I understand very well that with a competition its a win or lose but with vodacom its like their system is set on who must win....I have been buying airtime and shacking and my puzzles are only left with one piece to complete but it seems like a dream , if its the system is not down then they repeatedly give me the same piece I have collected ,today I used about 20 shakes and I got the same piece of puzzles which I had already collected its so heartbreaking and frustrating because they encourage us to shake daily while they know that they are just selling us dreams. its pathetic really!!!! for a big company like them I expect better service. I think they should make more fair competitions in future because this current shake everyday has really made a lot of their customers to believe that its a ****.
