Shake every day a con

Early this week I played shake every day where I won two prizes the first was YouTube mb and the other minutes. The YouTube mb I received but the minutes I did not. You get a sms when you win but I did not and this is not the first time this happened. The reference was ***. Today I get a call from Tshepo to say I must send him a screen shot of the sms or they cannot allocate. The following message was sent : “Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Your query with ref number *** has been resolved. Visit www.vodacom.co.za/app from your phone. Thank you, Vodacom “ I don’t know how it was resolved they should rather have said you have been conned.
