Shady data bundle notification
<p>Used to get notifications warning me that my data bundles would be depleted soon, as a head's up to top up. But now I just get an sms saying I have 00mb with NO PRE-WARNING. I have attached screenshots as proof.... What kind of shady customer service is this???? And I know for a fact that since January people have been complaining. And then you're call centre agents argue with me and lie to me.... What are you playing at? POOR SERVICE</p>
