Shady contracts

I think vodacom check people's credit score and if you doing well they'll send their ****mers to demands money from you, then tarnish you name if you not paying.

What they are doing does not make sense at all, because I did call to cancel my contract but they were busy insisting to upgrade but instead I refused and told them to cancel.

I'm really regret getting a contract with them, last time they promised to conduct me but till today waiting.
