We got a sms want to subscribe for R35.00 a day on the 25th October 2015 ignored the sms and the same day I was billed for R35.00 a day and I taught I overused my data and I see again on the 26th and 27th same happened and phoned Vodacom the same night and response you subscribed which I did not and he unscribed me if I did not have the my caller amount sentby sms everday I should have a shock end of month.vodacom should notify customers of this services before they deduct money's and Vodacom cares a dam as long as their get a slice of the money.we as consumers are not protected.government must get involved in this matter
