SEVEN months notice given yet contract still not cancelled!!

On 16/05/16 following appalling service received from Vodacom I advised that come 30/09/16 (my contract end date) I wished to cancel the contract.

Mthuthuzdi George confimred receipt of my request and advised that cancellations follow a 30 day notice period. I had no poprblem with this as I was effectively giving 90 days notice.

13/09 I emailed a reminder to ensure that the cancellation took place - no reponse.

Sent another three reminders (02/11/16, 03/11/16 and 13/12/16) - along with the necessary validation details yet no response from customer care - they clearly dont care!

To date I continue to be debited with a monthly charge seven months after requesting the contract be cancelled, latest being 03/01 that I have requested my bank reverse as Vodacom is no longer authorised to debit my account.

This type of service is beyond appalling.
