Settlement letter not provided by pathetic Vodacom staff

After settling our account in August, R12,000. To close all our accounts with Vodacom due to the poor service, 4 months later we're made aware that it still appears on ITC making it difficult to get finance for our vehicle. Spending 4hrs trying to get hold of someone who has a clue at Vodacom, we're advised that in order to receive a settlement letter we need to pay R26.35. Then driving to 4 different Vodacom shops negate they were offline, we eventually managed to pay R26.35 at Vodacom4U. Once again having to spend 2 hours trying to get hold of someone competent at Vodacom, we're advised that it will take 24 hrs to get a settlement letter. Needless to say, we're still waiting for the letter. We cannot take delivery of our vehicle as the bank will only approve the finance upon receipt of a settlement letter as ITC reflects that our monthly payments to Vodacom are R12k, irrespective of the fact that it was a once off payment to close the accounts and not the monthly fee! VODACOM IS F#*CKING PATHETIC AND I WILL OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT WITH ANY OTHER PROVIDER BUT VODACOM. F#CK VODACOM AND THEIR INCOMPETENCE
