SETTLEMENT INVOICE CALCULATION ISSUE
I requested a Settlement Quote to close my Vodacom account. I paid the settlement amount of R85.00 on 15 Feb 2024. Vodacom still debited me on 22nd Feb for 9.99 this totals to the monthly subscription of 94.99. Vodacom has sent my account to the attorneys saying I owe R300.00. Their is an accounting issue that was just raised with accounts at Vodacom. This is very shocking as they were comparing my Settle to their system and identified discrepancies and a Huge Calculation issue as. This is absolutely disgusting and must be made public.
