Settlement Drama

On the 22nd of march 2019 I had called for a quotation to close my 4 contracts with vodacom. Upon calling I was given a quotation and four amounts was given to me. When I received the email I went to vodacom to settle and I discovered that the amounts on the quotations are incorrect as it is not what I was told. I have a recording of this conversation as I recorded the call. I then called back 4 times since and every person tells me they will get this consultant to call me back. It is now the 1st of April and no one called me back as yet out of the 5 people who I spoke to.

I am very disappointed in vodacom as this is terrible service I am receiving when all I want is my quotations corrected to the amounts I was told on the call so I can settle.
