Settlement
I have paid up my Vodacom account which had been handed over to the debt collectors. What l don't understand is that they say after payment l need to request a payment letter which takes 7-21 days. May you kindly ensure l get my paid up letter . Close my account and update my details on ITC. If other companies can send a paid up letter in five minutes after calling them. Why do l have to wait 7-21 days with Vodacom
