Setting Wrong expectations

Bought an S8 edge about April/May when they just came out. Bought the accessory kit and all...

I remember the guy telling me that the screen is very fragile on the S8 and that Samsung only allows 1 Free Screen replacement per year for the 2 years that you own the phone. now my 2 year old accidentally dropped the phone and chipped the corner of the screen. I called the Vodacom store at my work place and a different song is sung. They telling me the S8 do not have that cover. So i decided to call samsung and they told me there is 2 Plans, ADH which the older phones have which is the above and Samsung Premium Care which the S8 has BUT, i would have needed to register the device in 30days from owning it and there was a fee..

I remember telling the Guy when he asked if i need insurance, and i said no i dont need it since there is Screen insurance already... I WAS NOT TOLD I NEEDED TO REGISTER THE DEVICE OR ANYTHING!!!

This is the Second strike vodacom... Not happy
