Services going off account - UNAUTHORIZED

Good Day

This is officially the 3rd time contacting vodacom regarding to services going off my account which i did not subscribe too.

On 16 February 2020 i saw an sms for gameland at R7.00 a day which i did not subscribe too ( Hello Kitty Play House) - Which is not even been installed on my account or phone.

That same day i saw it send SMS to 31050 "STOP ALL" and 30333 "STOP ALL"

When first contacting customer serivce agents they say it airtime advance going off my account which i too did not subscribe too as i am on a SMART S+ contract where i have enough data sms and airtime. That first time fees has been deducted, however the billing still seems to be going off each day since.

I have been reporting this issue before actual billing has gone off my account as yet...

I have logged several request for assistance but nothing seem to happen.. *** ***

Please i need to get this sorted.
