Services bad

Dealing with vodacom is always a serious battle. I called and emailed vodacom care and legal department with no success still waiting for a call and when I call I'm been told they cannot detect my number .

Has an account with vodacom which was closed last year April however to my surprise they did not update the bureau it reflects an overdue amount which blocks my applications .

I urgently need a letter which state that the account is closed and update the bureau too ASAP.

Need the letter before close of business.
