<p>I have just spent my evening trying to find out what is wrong with my phone because vodacom has cut my phone for the second month with no explanation. I have spoken to 4 consultant her have all be very useless to say the least keeping me on hold forever or cutting my call. The call centre experience has been pathetic since last month and I still have no resolution. I would never recommend vodacom to anyone as a service provider based on my experience with *********** people in the past 2 month. They are happy to take my money every month but cannot resolve my issue. Thanks for nothing vodacom </p>
