\Service"Yeah Right!!!"""
I took out a contract with Vodacom in November 2014.

I had issues that resulted in the line being disconnected due to non payment in January 2015. The account was paid up to date on the 26th February. Firstly on attending the Vodacom shop in Randpark Ridge to sort out the issue, I was told to pay R1,189.06 and complete the line reactivation forms which I duly completed and attended the Nedbank branch at the centre to make the required payment.

I was told that the line would be activated within 5 - 7 working days.

On the 3rd March 2015, the line was still disconnected so I contacted the call centre to make enquiries and was told that in fact, there was an additional payment of R541,49 that would need to be paid to connect the line, and as above once paid it would take 5-7 working days to have the line operational. I made the subsequent payment on the 3rd March and waited.

The line was finally reactivated on the 30th June 2015 ... but the kicker is, even though the service was not active, Vodacom has now listed me on ITC as non payment and refuse to remove the listing as in their words, it would be \**********"to do so.

There is alot more to this than I can fit in this box
"""
