Service with a smile

I didn't know that a simple porting call can be amazing. Nothing better than talking to a call centre agent who actually sounds like they want to talk to you and they are not doing you a favour.

So Nthatisi Pitso, that was the best enquiry call I've had calling a call centre, keep it up and you are going places. Nothing better sensing a smile from the other side of the line. I just wish there was a Nthatisi Pitso at every call centre.
