Service that sucks

Vodacom is the epitome of incompetence and poor service delivery.. i originally waited 2 months for Shernal Hoosen, a vodacom business representitive to get everything in order so that i can get a vodacom contract.. it was finally initiated in january 2018.. i took out a cheap contract which gave me R150 airtime per month, its all i need as my business doesnt require me to make a lot of phone calls but i do recieve a lot of phone calls.. i told Shernal that i had a few issues with my previous service provider, cell c, and she garunteed me that vodacom would be much better.. Gosh was she wrong.. since changing to vodacom i have had endless troubles, i only recieve about 20% of my incoming calls, the rest of the time i just get an sms stating that i had a missed call. I have had to load well over R700 airtime in the last 3 months alone because i need to return all the calls that i didnt recieve, i cant just ignore the missed call sms as i will probably miss out on sales for my business.. I have phoned in no less than twice a month to have this issue resolved, all i get in return is a few messages stating that my request has been logged.. today was the last straw. I spent about 2hours on the phone today trying to sort this issue out, i spoke to an Irene Shilakwe, take note of that name as she should be fired as far as i am concerned. She is apparently the team leader at the customer care call centre, when she couldnt assist me i asked to speak to her superior who is apparently a Xoli Olifant. She refused to put me through to her and refused to ask her to contact me, i would like Xoli Olifant to phone me so that i can try get to the bottom of my problem.. anyway after 2 hours of trying to get Irene to assist me she hung up. I phoned back and asked to be put through to the cancelations department where i spoke to their team leader who begged me to let her try help one more time before i cancel my contract, i recieved a few more messages to say my request has been logged and to add insult to injury i recieved an sms saying that i missed a call from vodacom and a message from vodacom saying they cant get hold of me so i must now email them.. i want to know something, just because south africa is known for poor service delivery, does vodacom think it is ok to dish out poor service delivery, or must i, as a south african citizen and vodacom customer just be happy with poor service? Oh and please put some effort into the response so that i can see you have taken my issue seriously, i have read the vodacom response to all the other complaints and its a 'copy and paste' answer that everyone gets..
