Service that exceeded all expectations

My phone was ****** on 13 November 2020. I realised that I had to block the number immediately and phoned Vodacom. After waiting what seemed like forever, Mr. Nthetho Sobekwa answered the call. This gentleman was just amazing. He showed so much compassion for my situation and assisted me immediately to block the number. He went the extra mile by checking my upgrade date and providing me with all the information that I needed. He was friendly, yet very professional and could answer every question that I had.
