Service sucks

Yet again problems with vodacom. I did an upgrade on my number *** on the 22nd of November and I am still waiting for delivery of the devices. They say they don't know what is the problem and that it is with skynet. They gave all my information yet I am still waiting. 100 percent disappointed yet again.
