Service Sucks!!

<p>I've been trying since 26 Aug 2016 to get a quote from Vodacom to cancel my contract. On 1 Sep I wrote a review on HelloPeter seeing that I am not receiving the service from Vodacom. It seems like they have an automatic reply to all the HelloPeter complains.... 'Somebody will contact you shortly'.. Well SHORTLY is now 5 days, and still nothing.... No contact. No quote.</p> <p>I even went into a Vodacom shop today - but they can't help me either.</p> <p>How long does it take to get a quote from these people? Or for them to contact you as promised?</p>
