SERVICE SUCKS

On the 13 August, I handed my tablet in at the Vodacom shop at Festival Mall in Kempton, as it was still under warranty & takes almost 7 days to charge 100%. In the interim, the Vodacom customer service, were sending my husband sms'es, about when they received the tablet, what they were doing to repair it, when they were going to return it, & when I could collect it from the shop at Festival Mall. On the 23rd August, I went to collect it, & when signing for it, I asked the lady, what repairs had been done, & her answer was electrical repairs. I brought it home, & it still does exactly the same thing, that I had sent it in for. It charges intermittently, & so far has taken 2 days to charge up to 70%. They certainly have made no effort to repair my tablet at all. It still does exactly what it was doing in the 1st place. I even bought 2 new chargers today, because I thought that the chargers might be faulty, & now I am R800 out of pocket, and for what. A job NOT DONE. Really Vodacom, you suck at doing business in South Africa, I constantly have dropped calls & you cannot even repair a simple problem, like a faulty battery, a faulty charging port, or maybe a charger itself. I will definitely NEVER recommend you to any of my friends or family members.
