********** service & rude staff-Vodacom

I tried to sign up for a ****le contract & after a week & a half of stuffing me around with back & forth trips to their Table Bay Mall shop requesting endless amounts of documentation that was never mentioned before hand I eventually gave up. The staff were so unhelpful & rude that I told them to cancel the application. I’m disgusted that they don’t care about customer service & so happy to lose a customer without any offer of rectifying their bad service! I do not recommend Vodacom at all! Bad service & rude staff!
