SERVICE REQUEST S3-8XT6Z-ZVTO

I put in a request in February to Voacom regarding payment had to be refunded to me, Lana Roberts responded via sms on 23/2/15 giving SERVICE REQUEST S3-8XT6Z-ZVTO, they will pay if I provide proof and I had to fax proof of payment to *** in order to get my refund back which I did and fax no does not work, I have tried communicating with the Vodacom service providers on three occasions but gets cut off as they do not do follow up as well. I am not impressed with Vodacom as they are quick to take your debit orders but cont give your money back.<br> <br> My bank is charging fees as my account is overdrawn because they have received there payment but do not follow up on their payment that they received.<br> <br> Regards<br> Heather
