Service Request ***

Please assist with the above account which has proved that vodacom doesn't know it's job. I have a query running for one month now and it seems from the lady who falsely misled me reagarding my upgrade. Now that said the people supposed to assist with this have been not helpful as everytime I call I am a laughing stock. Furthermore the query says resolved without any knowledge of the resolution. Vodacom are making people idiots especially people of color are not taken seriously. I am happy to now Institute legal actions as I have gathered all the proof to bring vodacom to it's knees. You cannot continue treating people like idiots. The lady Jacqueline Maziya has now gone awol as she took her time to log my query.
