Service & Repair not up to standard

My phone was booked in on the 19th of September 2015, at Vodacom Lake side mall, as the phone will switch on and off by it self.

I went to pick the phone up, just to find out my phone is still not working and is now worse than what it was.

Phone will be fully charged, within 10 min without using the phone the battery life is done, as well as numerous applications didn't work.

Booked in at Vodacom again (Second Time)

Booked in by Vodacom Repairs itself as the Keyboard is still not working. (Third Time)

After numerous telephone calls to Vodacom to follow up on the Status of Repairs, (4 October to 19 October)

Then I received a call from Johan Kruger @ vodacom telling me that he put a request in to replace the phone an email was sent to Vodacom Repair escalation

I was notified that I will receive a new phone, and that he will phone me to pick it up as soon as Head Office sent the new phone

On Saturday I went to pick up my new phone, Only to found that they gave me my old cell phone back and didn't replace it as they told me over the phone

This is UNACCEPTABLE

I have never been so badly treated as by Vodacom staff, giving the WORST services and can't keep to their word
