*********** service provider

Vodacom insurance added comprehensive ensure for my phone onto my account without my permission. In July they added 2 premiums adding up tu just under R600.00. I contacted them and informed them that I did not request this service on my contract and that they needed to remove this from my account and that I made payment only for the items that I did indeed use on my account. Because of this R600.00 my bill was in arrears on the system and they informed me that I needed to make this payment also before they could remove the insurance from my billing. I informed them that as I did not request this and it was an error from there side I will not make the payment as when they credit me for the mistake my balance will be zero. A service ticket was raised on there system to rectify there mistake. On my August bill howeverinsurance was again added twice. One of these billing was credited, but the other R300.00 was again added onto my bill. Again I only paid the items that is relevant to my account, this making my account now in arrears for R904.00 . Every day I get calls from Vodacoms aotomated system stating my account is in arrears and that I need to make payment immediately or my services will be stopped. I have contacted them basically everyday to fix there mistake, the only answer I receive is that they can see there is a service ticket, when I ask to speak to a supervisor, and they trasfer me I get cut off every time. This has happened now on 4 occasions. Hoe difficult is it to fix a mistake that they made. They sound like a broken record..... sir your account is on arrears and you need to make a payment for the R900 before we can rectify our mistake. I have also now received my bill for September, payable end if October, and again the isurance has been added, taking my unrequested comprehensive insurance bill to R1215.00.
