SERVICE PLEASE VODACOM

My husband and I immigrated to Australia. Before leaving we made sure that all our accounts were paid and sent emails to all service providers to cancel. We were told by Vodacom via email that we needed to give them 20 days notice to terminate. I sent an email at end of June saying that we wanted to cancel mid August. Customer Services phoned and said you cannot give notice for part of a month???? I asked why they just didn't say that they need a calendar month's notice. Ridiculous. Anyway I agreed to pay for the full month of August and that the service for both our phones should be cancelled end of August. We are still getting accounts for both accounts. I forward the letters terminating our phones and then get sent an email asking for us to validate ourselves, asking some really tedious questions, I comp****. I did this an someone called on me here in Australia. I think his name was Abrno he said he would rectify and I asked that I receive an updated statement. I did not receive this. I send another email asking when I was going to receive this. All I receive was another email asking me to validate myself. I rep**** that I had already done this and received another email asking to validate myself. Sorry but enough was enough I was not prepared to go through this all again. My mobile in is + ********** 9489
