Service people who do not listen

I was trying to apply for a phone with vodacom at Dion Wired in September 2018 and found out some other business, that I have never heard of, had an open application with reference ********** 6 on my name.

I went to vodaworld because the dion people could not help further and I was turned away at vodaworld because they could not "pick up" anything on the system.

I went back to dion and they called vodacom and this time, I was told I have to get an affidavit which I did. I went back months later (this year) to vodaworld and was almost turned away if it was not for my stubbornness. After being told to use my own phone to call dion wired while at vodaworld, the ********** application suddenly "appeared" on the system. I was told it is not ********** because it has not been flagged. How could it be flagged if no one would listen to me but instead turned me away from vodaworld!

I insisted that my affidavit be sent through to the ***** department because when I sent an email to ********** I was told to send through my ID which I did in October and never got any feedback since.

Gift sent through the email and I was given EC-1R1Q-27CRNZ as a reference number. I however insisted that I be forwarded the same so I can keep track. Gift who was serving me never sent the email.

I called vodacom to get hold of Gift which was a mammoth task because they do not have direct lines. He told me that my emails had bounced. I told him the emails bounced because he could not listen to me enough to hear my email address.

I smsed my email address so he could spell my email address correctly. I have "true caller" on my phone and I know that he never read my sms and he has 2 weeks later not sent me the email as I requested . This application that was done in my name was *****ent and vodacom should investigate . The fact that the ********** application did not end up in a ********** debit order against my name, is not a reason to not investigate. Only if they can listen!
