I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Zelda Rambau at Vodacom 's contact centre. I must say, the service I received was truly exceptional!

From the moment I called, Zelda Rambau was attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable. She listened attentively to my query, provided clear and concise explanations, and offered practical solutions.

What impressed me most was Zelda Rambau's professionalism, empathy, and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my issue was resolved. She was patient, friendly, and made me feel valued as a customer.

I have never experienced such outstanding service from a contact centre agent from Vodacom for a very long time I have been their client. Zelda Rambau is a true asset to Vodacom and a shining example of what excellent customer service should look like.Keep shining and let your colleagues copy your good attitude Zelda and I hope you would'nt mind to "contaminate" them with your good attitude. They must learn from you that customer service is really not a department but a good attitude.
