SERVICE overall Bad!!!

I am highly disappointed by the kind of service I receive each time I visit the Randburg branch, I took my phone in for repairs and was sent a message and an SMS to collect it on the 16th and I went in the shop on the 22nd and was told that they did not deliver the phones that went in for repairs which are blatant lies, I even called the repairs center and they confirmed that the phone was ready and was deliver at the shop on the 16th. Its sad that I'm being treated like a foolish person taking my precious time visiting the branch in Randburg and being told that I must have made a mistake, that they do not have the phone.When I took in the phone they took my details but couldn't find a slip ( amazing for a shop to have stock out of the shop and not record such)its very amazing and bad service overall, I had to bring the box of the phone so they can check their serial number, this is bad service, I went in again on Friday at about 1 and I found the shop closed which nay notice of closure of the shop during business hours, to this point of having being **** to when I come to collect a phone I bought cash, maybe as a customer I'm not that important anymore maybe I was just a sale!
