service not acceptable

<p>Hi,im thulani chocholo</p> <p>i went to vodacom shoo in mega yesterday,in the afternoon hours..i went to buy a power bank.arrived at 17:50 and the closing time is 18:00.</p> <p>the lady that i ddnt note her name said it was closed.they went to the point where by they went to ask the manager and confirmed it was closed.and the security of tbe mall came to chase me away.</p> <p>this is in all form not acceptabler as i had to travel to richards bay and i was without power.</p> <p>if the closing time is 17:30 please state it instead of misleading us</p>
