I just would like to express my utter discuss in Vodacom service. We have been trying to upgrade our Vodacom wifi rooter now for the past month's, and to date this matter has still not been resolved. We have been Vodacom client since 1996 and this is the kind of service we get from you. You are questioning my wife surname who has upgraded her contract numerous times and now you want to do a ***** check on her to see if she is the legitimate account holder. Why has her details not been updated every time she went to upgrade her contract with you guys. Now because of your useless *********** staff, we have now to wait yet again for some back ground ***** check and yet we cannot upgrade our wifi rooter. Why do we pay this kind of money and no service is provided to your client base. For a multi million rand company you are only money greedy and do not care about your client based. Your clients is just a number on a conveyer belt. Because of your inhouse politics, some of the poor staff that really goes the extra mile to make a difference, you as a company has failed to back them.. I would really think twice to recommend you as a cell phone provider in the feature.
