Service non existent...dont care attitude
Still no resolution re my upgrade...I asked them to escalate it as I have been on contract for a very long time and I haven't missed a payment...still no joy...I even asked them to let me know when my contract ends if they cannot upgrade so that I can move to another service provider...still no call...its been weeks now...absolutley pathetic and useless
